This tri-ply feature applies, not only to the base but to the entire body. Grano is suitable for all hob types including induction. It is striking in appearance with clean contemporary lines, highly polished stainless steel exterior and stylish handles, which are riveted for stability and added support. - Wash with a soft sponge & mild soap or detergent before initial use
- Some food containing starch such as pasta & rice, may stain the internal part of the pan while cooking, in order to remove stains easily, rub them with a cloth which has been dampened with lemon juice or vinegar, or use stainless steel polishing paste
- Avoid soaking hot utensil in cold water
- Whenever possible, rinse the pan with hot water after washing & dry immediately to maintain its original shine

In-Store Pickup
We offer complimentary in-store or curbside pickup for all products. Customers may select this option at checkout and collect their order at a convenient time once it is ready.
Mainland UK Shipping
All products purchased through our website include free standard shipping within Mainland UK.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days.
Most products also offer the option to upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery for £0.50. When this option is available, it will be displayed during checkout.
For deliveries within Mainland UK, we use trusted carriers including:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri for smaller items
- FEDEX or DPD for larger items
For next working day deliveries, we typically use:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri next day for smaller items
- FEDEX or DPD for larger items

International Shipping
We offer international shipping on selected products. However, not all products are eligible for international delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our order processing cut-off time is 3:00 PM on working days.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
On Fridays, the cut-off time is 12:30 PM.
