In-Store Pickup

We offer complimentary in-store or curbside pickup for all products. Customers may select this option at checkout and collect their order at a convenient time once it is ready.

Mainland UK Shipping

All products purchased through our website include free standard shipping within Mainland UK.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days.

Most products also offer the option to upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery for £0.50. When this option is available, it will be displayed during checkout.

For deliveries within Mainland UK, we use trusted carriers including:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri for smaller items
• FEDEX or DPD for larger items

For next working day deliveries, we typically use:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri next day for smaller items
• FEDEX or DPD for larger items

The most accurate way to view the delivery options available for a specific product is to add the item to your basket and proceed to checkout, where all available delivery methods will be shown.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on selected products. However, not all products are eligible for international delivery.

If a product appears unavailable or out of stock after selecting your country, this means that we currently do not ship that specific product to your country.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order processing cut-off time is 3:00 PM on working days.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

On Fridays, the cut-off time is 12:30 PM.
