Care Instructions:
- Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle
- Do not bleach, iron or dry clean
- Remove power cord before washing
- Tumble dry low for 10 minutes
- Remove the product while it is still damp, gently reshape to original size and line dry to finish drying
- Do not use a commercial dryer
- Do not use clothespins
- Heated product must be completely dry before reconnecting the power plug or control plug

We offer complimentary in-store or curbside pickup for all products. Customers may select this option at checkout and collect their order at a convenient time once it is ready.
Mainland UK Shipping
All products purchased through our website include free standard shipping within Mainland UK.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days.
Most products also offer the option to upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery for £0.50. When this option is available, it will be displayed during checkout.
For deliveries within Mainland UK, we use trusted carriers including:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri for smaller items
- FEDEX or DPD for larger items
For next working day deliveries, we typically use:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri next day for smaller items
- FEDEX or DPD for larger items

International Shipping

Order Cut-Off Time
Our order processing cut-off time is 3:00 PM on working days.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
On Fridays, the cut-off time is 12:30 PM.
