◾ Care Instructions
- Dishwasher safe — rinse with hot water and dry immediately after washing to maintain shine
- Use on a low heat — tri-ply body distributes heat evenly; high heat is unnecessary
- Gas hob: flame must not rise above the base of the pan
- Electric hob: hob diameter must be equal to or smaller than the pan
- To remove starch stains: rub with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or vinegar, or use stainless steel polishing paste
- If lid sticks due to vacuum during cooling: push upwards or gently reheat to release
