- A firm, flat, level foundation is required — concrete, paving slabs, or a timber frame are recommended
- Do not place directly on grass, earth, or sand, as natural movement can affect stability
- Anchor the structure using suitable screws for the foundation type; anchoring hardware is not included
- Allow at least 61cm of clear space around the structure for installation access
- Check all contents, the footprint, and measurements before arranging installation
- Ensure access to the build area is clear and wide enough; installers cannot carry the structure through your home
