Safety Instructions:
- Do not use for stove top use.
- Use only filter ground coffee.
- To wash this item, detach the cork and leather band; only the glass jug can be washed in the dishwasher. (Leather and Cork are not dishwasher safe*)
- Check glass beaker for scratches, cracks or chips. Do not use a pot which is scratched, chipped or cracked.
- Do not allow children to use this coffee maker.
- Ensure boiling water has completely passed through the filter before removing the filter from the beaker.

We offer complimentary in-store or curbside pickup for all products. Customers may select this option at checkout and collect their order at a convenient time once it is ready.
Mainland UK Shipping
All products purchased through our website include free standard shipping within Mainland UK.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days.
Most products also offer the option to upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery for £0.50. When this option is available, it will be displayed during checkout.
For deliveries within Mainland UK, we use trusted carriers including:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri for smaller items
- FEDEX or DPD for larger items
For next working day deliveries, we typically use:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri next day for smaller items
- FEDEX or DPD for larger items

International Shipping
We offer international shipping on selected products. However, not all products are eligible for international delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our order processing cut-off time is 3:00 PM on working days.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
On Fridays, the cut-off time is 12:30 PM.
