The most common way to train for strength is to use weights. Contrary to weights, the Resistance Tubes weigh very little, they are just stretchy tubes, but it isn’t their mass that is used as the source of resistance. Rather, they are stretched and as they are elongated there is a reactive force that strives to pull it back to its original length. The force is proportional to how far the bands are stretched, meaning that the farther they are stretched the greater the reactive force. Also, a great way to stay in shape without having to hit the gym neither, the resistance tube gives you an effective workout and allows you to tailor the intensity of the workout you want.

Mainland UK Shipping
All products purchased through our website include free standard shipping within Mainland UK.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days.
Most products also offer the option to upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery for £0.50. When this option is available, it will be displayed during checkout.
For deliveries within Mainland UK, we use trusted carriers including:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri for smaller items
- FEDEX or DPD for larger items
For next working day deliveries, we typically use:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri next day for smaller items
- FEDEX or DPD for larger items

International Shipping
We offer international shipping on selected products. However, not all products are eligible for international delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our order processing cut-off time is 3:00 PM on working days.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
On Fridays, the cut-off time is 12:30 PM.
